some tst logos for 0.3.0 beta

here r some tst logos i collected here nd there (just european no us but could serve like tst/example)..

Just drop them at ur logos folder (/appdata/local/smartdvb/logos if installed at local app data folder 'program files/smartdvb/logos' otherwise)..
The epg nd custom station list should use these logos..
