From Newbie - Can't get driver running

Sorry for having this prob and being forced to ask here (from Germany).
On a HP EliteBook 8540w -- with W7Professinal-64-bit -- I'm using this stick:

It's running very fine with your software.

Then I plugged the stick to a ZOTAC i7-desktop PC with W7Ultimate-32-bit.
The driver I installed are from the included stick software.
The application presents these "filters" (I think "drivers"?).
But selecting one of them (especially also the "bdas.dev") I get this error message:

And there are only crosses inside the little icons.
What to do? - The installation on the notebook was done by a friend who now is far away in Brazil.
I need a 1st - 2nd - 3rd - etc TO DO advice.
The best may be to get an address from where I can download really appropriate filters/drivers with an 1click installer that works.
(ATTENTION: The images are partially made from the running device.
The ZOTAC installion doesn't show any channels or stations.)
Any hope? - Best regards,
Margarete (from Manfred's account)
