Smart DVB "tuner not available" after freeze on OTA antenna

Freezing on an OTA station can happen for many reasons, airplanes passing over, weather, etc. I know this can't be controlled. But when SmartDVB freezes, the tuner becomes not available, and my only recourse is to reboot the computer. This ALWAYS brings back the tuner. SmartDVB does still seem to show signal strength, but no picture.

I looked at the log file and it seems to attempt to reload the filter several times and fails. Is there anyway to fix this in order to limit reboots? I also have WINTV7 on another computer and although this has happened to that program also, it is usually able to recover the signal without a reboot.

I want to say that this product is absolutely fantastic irregardless of this minor problem I'm having. Satellite portion is unmatched.

Try change video render and apply changes from :-
Tools ---> Settings ---> DirectShow ---> Connection ---> Video render ---> Video Mixing Rendere 9 (VMR9)
Tools ---> Settings ---> DirectShow ---> Connection ---> Video render ---> Enhanced Video Render (EVR)
