Can't sync frequency list

Hello to all,
as in the title I can't update the list of frequencies, the box appears unselectable ... how can I solve?

Hi,
you need to double-click on any frequency, after scanning, sync frequency list will be active.

it might enable the sync button (by error) since syncing will only work for satellite lists (DVB-S) and not cable or terrestrial, since there are no centralized lists maintained for cable or terrestrial on sites to retrieve for syncing (as far as i know).
