Picture dropout's with Windows 2004

After updating my Windows from 1909 to May Update 2004 I get picture dropouts verry bad also with SD Programs.
I am using Smartdvb Version 5.3.26 x64 Beta1 and LAV Video 74.1.-60.
I have tried different things also a new Installation Windows 2004 and clean installation of smartdvb. I am using a Terratec Cinergy HTC Stick
Cable.
On the old Windows 1909 Build 18363-900 there is no Problems the Picture ist stable even with HD Programs.

Have you tried to play recordings from SmartDVB in i.e. MPC-HC 1.9.6 portable https://www.videohelp.com/software/Medi ... ome-Cinema with default settings in both Win10 1909 and 2004?
What renderer have you used?

I think the Problem is solved. It is the HTC USB Stick with the Antenna Connection. It is strange that the Cynergy Stick worked on 1909 and not on 2004, but we don't ask why, otherwise we will go crazy.
I got an other Stick from Haupauge and with this everything it is working exept the Remote Control on Smartdvb.
