For me it is working, but be aware that Microsoft DTV-DVD Video Decoder got deleted support for MPEG-2, so by default SD channels do not work. You can add support for MPEG-2 in Microsoft DTV-DVD Video Decoder by installing Microsoft DVD Player (it will enable MPEG-2 decoding). Microsoft DVD Player is free for users who are updating Windows 7/8/8.1 to Windows 10, however it is paid for new Windows 10 users.

Without Microsoft DVD Player installed in Windows 10 - Microsoft DTV-DVD Video Decoder will not work for MPEG-2/SD channels.

I discovered the same problem today!
in my case, however, the LAV decodel causes a disynchrony between audio and video. how can this be remedied?

Hi.
Is there a possibility to set PowerDVD HEVC decoder in Smartdvb 64bit?
I have seen "64bit" versions of the decoder but SmartDVB does not allow to choose it.

powerdvd codec is old, 2015 or so, use lav filter, its better. I tried elecard, arcsoft, mainconcept( latest versions from http://codec.kiev.ua//)

Yes but I would like to check myself. And I did
64 bit Lav filter is faster but video quality is better on Cyberlink
