Channels are duplicated after scan instead of being updated.

Hi!

SDVB often views every single found cable channel as new, even though the vast majority of channels didn't change at all.
So updating is a pain. Either I have to remove a hundred or more duplicates, or manually look up which channels were changed elsewhere and only scan the relevant frequencies. (And only remove duplicates for those frequencies)

I exported my channel list (via SQLite Manager) with all duplicates:
Attachments
channels.7z
(4.03 KiB) Downloaded 199 times
OS: Windows 8.1 x64
Filters: all LAV
Renderer: madVR.

i'll make sure to check this, never been able to test DVB-C live, not possible in this country.
